You get equal system access for all your staff, standard support, and you can sync up to 30 invoices a month with Xero, MYOB Business, or QuickBooks Online. But if you want real control, you pay 49 dollars a month for Ordermentum Pro. That upgrade gets you unlimited accounting syncs, the ability to upload external invoices, and a brilliant feature that tracks price changes on products over a six week period.

For suppliers, the pricing scales with your business size. Small suppliers pay a minimum of 200 dollars a month, plus a 399 dollar setup fee, to manage between 15 and 150 customers. Medium suppliers hit 1,050 dollars a month, with a 2,000 dollar setup fee, covering up to 700 customers. The medium tier even includes a full day of in person platform training for your staff. If you have over 700 customers, you fall into their custom Enterprise tier which includes dedicated senior account managers and two full days of setup.

Here is the kicker. Ordermentum also offers Value Add-Ons. Suppliers can pay extra for the Growth Engine to market directly to the 50,000 venues on the network, or buy into advanced Insights for predictive churn analysis.
